Support and Feedback

WARNING:   If you remove (uninstall) the Webextension all your schedules will be DELETED – see below
WARNING:   https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/WebExtensions/API/storage/local
“When the extension is uninstalled, its associated local storage is cleared.”
“Also in Firefox, you can prevent the browser from clearing local storage on uninstall by visiting “about:config” and setting the following two browser preferences to true: “keepUuidOnUninstall” and “keepStorageOnUninstall”. This feature is provided to help developers test their extensions. Extensions themselves are not able to change these preferences.”

Please note:   there are an infinite number of combinations of schedules that can be produced by this app, and while I try to test as many as possible, I can not test all of them.   So if you find a schedule that doesn’t work as expected please post all the details below and I will try to fix any problems.   Please provide as much detail as possible about the schedule that is not working for you.

Please note:   if you are having problems with one of your schedules, you can turn on the Diagnostic Mode:   https://simplebrowsingschedule.wordpress.com/diagnostic-mode/   for further information about the schedule.

I love this extension – can’t live without it. My issue is it opens all websites for the day twice: i get double the number of tabs. Any obvious solutions come to mind?

Here’s the hard part, I use Firefox ESR, so my version is 102.10 and so my SBS version is 0.43. Just want every dev dreads, a problem with a non-current version. Sorry! Thanks…

I have never come across websites opening twice before. My suggestion would be to turn on the Diagnostic Mode and see if it provides a clue as to why this is happening for your schedules. You might also like to try the Option for: “Dont load tabs until selected” as a workaround.

Unfortunately I can only provide support for the current version of SBS and the current version of Firefox.
